Wet Winds of California, Inc. was incorporated in 1984, and "Outback Barney" came into existence in the year 2000 to start a new millennium of safety and awareness for the contentment of our feline friends.  "Outback Barney" is an actual cat that was rescued from a trash bin where he was discarded as a kitten. He is now helping to prevent this tragedy from happening to other unwanted kittens by assisting you in keeping your cats safe and happy in their own Outback Hotel. Your cat will now have the freedom of the out of doors in a safe environment.

 The "Outback Hotel" alleviates two of the major reasons for people letting
their cats roam:

 Barney's Outback Hotel has solved both of these problems by allowing your cats to go out when they want and by getting the litter box outside the house. Also alleviating many other problems like:
